DUE TO THE ONGOING IMPACTS OF COVID, THE CO PROJEC FARM IN PORTUGAL IS NOW FOR SALE
WE ARE SEARCHING FOR NEW CUSTODIANS/OWNERS
FOR THE BEAUTIFUL CO PROJECT FARM IN PORTUGAL
After much consideration on how to ride the wave of COVID-related impacts, we have decided the best way to preserve all of our hard work, love and regeneration on the CO Farm is to find new owners who can take the project forward. There are many incredible opportunities for building an amazing home or project on the farm with its two restored houses, permits for an additional third solar passive house, a 400sqm old stone olive mill and acres of beautiful olive and citrus groves.
We are taking the time to find the perfect-fit people to take on the property. Our process will involve a prospectus period, whereby anyone interested can access details about the farm and reach out to express interest. The property is currently rented to a family, so visits can only be made in advance with at least a week’s notice. Please email us for more information.
