PAYMENT TERMS

Your program fee helps us make more change. Programs on the CO Project Farm are run by the UnSchool Association, a not-for-profit organization focused on advancing leadership for a sustainable and regenerative future. Your program payment not only covers the expenses of running the program (such as food, accommodation, facilitators, materials), but it also helps us build forward, to add more programs and projects, and to offer scholarship assistance.

As such, payments are due up front in full to secure your place in the program.  Scholarship and payments plans are available as needed.

We accept payments through our website using a secure online booking service. We can also receive direct deposits into our association bank account although there is a small 5% processing fee for direct deposits. Please contact us to pay this way.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand unexpected things can arise from time to time and a cancellation may have to occur.  We offer refunds that are designed with consideration to the feasibility of rebooking your spot and potential loss to program revenue.

Program cancellations made

  • Within 48 hours of booking will receive a 100% refund.

  • Within 30 days of the program start date will receive a full refund minus a 15% processing fee.

  • Within 29 days to 14 days of the program start date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Within 14 days of the program start date will not be eligible for any refund.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation. Refunds will be returned to the credit card used during the payment process or by other means as determined by the method of payment.

If we have to cancel the event from our side for whatever reason, we will refund you 100% of the program fee within 30 days.

PAYMENT TERMS

We’re sure you understand how important it is as a small not-for-profit that deposit and final amounts are to be paid promptly. Fifty Percent (50%) of the total reservation is due to secure your program dates and facilitation team; without this we cannot guarantee the program as specified. The remaining Fifty Percent (50%) is due 4 weeks prior to your program start date. This ensures the dedication of appropriate time and resources for your customized program. We prefer that the full program fee is paid up front.

TAXES

Private bookings are completely taxed as this is seen as a commercial activity. 23% IVA is added to the entire booking.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand unexpected things can arise from time to time and a cancellation may have to occur. Cancellations made

  • Within 48 hours of booking will receive a 100% refund.

  • Within 8 weeks of the program start date will receive a full refund minus a 15% administration fee.

  • Within 4- 7 weeks of the program start date will receive a 50% refund.

  • With less than 4 weeks to the program start date will not be eligible for any refund.

We do not offer rescheduling once this agreement is signed and deposit has been paid. The reason for this is once a deposit is paid, we commit the dates booked solely to your program. This means if a cancellation occurs, we cannot host other programs at the CO Project Farm during this time. You can rebook a new event based on availability but this is considered a new program.

All refunds will occur within 30 days.

If we have to cancel the event from our side for whatever reason, we will refund you 100% of the program fee within 30 days.
